WIP Wednesday {11.9.11}

Wednesday again! Amazing how that just creeps up on you. I kinda hate weekends where I don't get to work on anything, they always leave me feeling a bit muddled. I totally did not accomplish what I had wanted to since last Wednesday, but I'm working on it. I also don't have many pictures this time around, so sorry about that. Too many thing in the same place they were. My one accomplishment for the week: shopping. I got a lot of the things I was missing to finish things so that was good.

Complete:

Skill builder - block 16

I had already made one of these in the summer sampler, but it was a fun one.  I don't know how I feel about so much pink, but once it is sashed and mixed in with all the others, I'm sure it will be just fine.

FWQAL

6 more blocks. I am getting so close to done these! Only 31 more blocks to go, so hopefully in the next 4-5 weeks I will finish the blocks :)

Still Going:

Ikea quilt
I got the fabric ready to piece the back. I just need to do it. And I am determined to quilt this sucker this weekend.

Embroidery 101
I still have a stack of pretty  blocks....and haven't even transferred one design. I got the embroidery floss though, so I'm ready.

Hubby's gift
Very little progress at the moment.

Couch pillow cover
I have the centers of 3/4 done. I am getting there. Very slowly. Maybe by next week I'll have all the centers done and just have to worry about the edges. Definitely need to get a new picture on this one.

New:

Nikki Tote

I fell in love with this pattern and I have this pretty stack of fabric (actually all cut up but I didn't have any light for a picture at that point) all ready to go. I can't wait. I am going to use it for some holiday travel :)

Hoodie for the little one
I forgot to take a picture, but I have the fabric all ready for this. I need to cut out the next size up of the pattern though. It is the same as the red one I just made, but bigger so it lasts the winter.

So that's it. My list is definitely getting longer, but with any luck I'll finish a couple things before I add anything else. Hopefully, it will be a productive week :)
